Refund policy
Because My Product Model provides custom creative services, all sales are final once production has begun.
We do not offer refunds based on:
Personal taste
Branding preferences
Styling, lighting, or composition
General dissatisfaction with creative direction
If a specific contracted deliverable is not provided as outlined in the approved scope of work:
A partial refund or credit may be issued
Any refund will be limited strictly to the value of that specific undelivered deliverable
Refunds will not be issued for completed work that aligns reasonably with approved creative direction.
Studio Monthly Membership: Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds
Applies to new Studio monthly enrollments from September 13, 2026. Enrollment availability is shown on the Pricing page.
Studio membership costs $69 USD per month, charged in advance, and renews monthly until canceled. There is no free trial. This membership checkout does not add sales tax; the recurring membership charge is $69 USD.
Cancel through your membership billing portal before the next renewal to stop future membership charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period. Benefits remain available until that period ends. If renewal is not paid, benefits end when the paid period expires; payment retries do not extend benefits.
Routine cancellation or non-use does not create a refund, prorated refund, or monetary credit for a paid membership period. Billing errors, remedies for contracted non-delivery, and rights required by applicable law remain protected.
The membership fee is separate from production fees and does not include a monthly allocation of photos or videos. Separately purchased production services remain subject to the existing custom-production refund provisions above and the approved written scope. This supplement does not retroactively change existing orders or agreements. See the Studio membership supplement in our Terms of Service for member benefits and quote eligibility.
Additional Memberships: Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds
Applies to new additional-plan enrollments when available on the Pricing page. Studio Annual is $588 USD per year; Atelier Monthly is $199 USD per month; Atelier Annual is $1,788 USD per year; Growth Partner Lite is $750 USD per month; Growth Partner is $1,500 USD per month. Annual fees are charged in full upfront, not monthly installments. All plans are billed in advance and renew until canceled, with no free trial. These membership checkouts do not add sales tax.
Cancel future renewal through Manage membership before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the paid-period end. Annual cancellation stops the next annual renewal. Self-service plan switching and pauses are not offered at launch. If renewal is unpaid, benefits stop at paid-period expiry; payment retries do not extend benefits.
Routine cancellation or non-use does not create a refund, prorated refund, or monetary credit for a paid membership period. Billing errors, remedies for contracted non-delivery, and legally required rights remain protected. Existing accepted project agreements are unchanged.
Growth allowances may carry forward for only one additional allowance month, capped at one month's allocation and used oldest first at production approval. They are not cash credits. Approved deliverables remain owed if MPM causes a delay. Client cancellation or scope changes need a written adjustment; allowances are not automatically refunded or reissued. Included-only allocated Growth deliverables do not incur a second project fee; separately quoted extras remain subject to their approved scope and the custom-production provisions above.
