Last Updated: August 26, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how My Product Model, LLC (“My Product Model,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information through myproductmodel.com, our online store, Shopify Customer Accounts, the client portal, project forms, email communications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Policy applies to clients, prospective clients, authorized representatives, and website visitors. It does not govern the independent privacy practices of third-party services, which may have their own policies.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide. We may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping information, account information, project information, product and shipment details, creative direction, files, messages, support requests, and other information you choose to provide.

Project and portal information. When you use the client portal, we may collect your Shopify customer account identifier, project assignment, customer and project metafields, agreement status, approvals, comments, uploaded materials, delivery status, payment status, and other information needed to administer your project.

Agreement and signature information. If we use electronic signing, we may collect the names and email addresses of signers, signature information, agreement contents, consent records, and audit-trail information such as signing events, timestamps, and related technical information.

Payment and transaction information. We collect order, invoice, payment status, billing, refund, and transaction information. Payment credentials are processed by the payment provider rather than stored by My Product Model in the ordinary course. We may receive limited payment information, such as payment status, transaction identifiers, card brand or last four digits, billing details, and fraud or risk signals.

Information collected automatically. We and our service providers may collect IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, dates and times of access, approximate location derived from IP address, cookies, and similar activity information.

4. Service Providers and Sharing

We may share personal information with service providers that process information on our behalf or help us operate the Services. We require appropriate confidentiality and security commitments where applicable.

Shopify and Shopify Customer Accounts. Shopify hosts our storefront and supports checkout, customer accounts, orders, customer records, and related store functions. Shopify may process account, order, device, cookie, and transaction information according to its own policies and the services enabled on our store.

C:Hub Customer Accounts. C:Hub Customer Accounts, provided by CustomerHub, may support the client-account and portal experience. Depending on the features and settings we use, C:Hub may process customer profile information, account identifiers, project or customer metafields, order information, and related IP, browser, device, and activity data needed to display and secure the portal. C:Hub’s data practices are also described in its Shopify App Store listing and developer privacy information.

DocuSign. When we send an agreement for electronic signature, DocuSign may process signer names and email addresses, signature data, agreement and project documents, authentication information, and audit-trail metadata such as signing events, timestamps, IP address, and device or browser information. DocuSign’s privacy information is available in its Privacy Notice.

Shopify Payments. Payments currently offered through the store are processed by Shopify Payments. Shopify Payments may process payment credentials, transaction details, billing information, and information used for fraud, compliance, and payment-security purposes. Shopify’s Privacy Policy and applicable payment terms also apply. If we later activate another payment processor, such as Stripe, we will review and update this section as required before using it.

WeTransfer. We may use WeTransfer or a comparable file-transfer service to deliver final images, videos, documents, and other project files. The service may process recipient contact information, files, transfer links, file metadata, download or access events, and technical information. WeTransfer’s Privacy Policy also applies to its processing.

We may also share information with hosting, email, analytics, security, professional-adviser, accounting, legal, insurance, and other operational providers; with a successor in a business transaction; or when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, protect the Services or other people, or comply with law.

5. Advertising, Cookies, and Privacy Choices

We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies for site functionality, security, analytics, preferences, and marketing. You can manage available cookie choices through the Shopify cookie banner, your browser settings, and other controls made available on the Services.

We do not sell personal information for money. If we use advertising or analytics tools that involve sharing identifiers or online activity for targeted advertising, that activity may be considered “sale” or “sharing” under some privacy laws. You may use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page or contact us at info@myproductmodel.com to exercise applicable choices.

You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe instructions in the message. Transactional and service communications, such as account, agreement, payment, delivery, and support messages, may still be sent when necessary.

6. Retention and Security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain customer and project records, complete financial and tax obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect against fraud, and comply with law. Portal and account information may be retained while your account or project is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Provider-specific retention may also be governed by the provider’s settings, contracts, and policies.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and the Services. No internet transmission, account, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please protect your account credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; opt out of certain marketing, sale, or sharing practices; and request information about how your information is used or disclosed.

To submit a request, email info@myproductmodel.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also use the privacy-choice page where applicable. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights provided by law.

8. International Processing

My Product Model and our service providers may process or store information in the United States and other countries. Those locations may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live. We use appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without legally required consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact info@myproductmodel.com.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may contain links to websites, portals, or services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Please review those policies before providing information. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third parties.
