Getting started
Meet the studio. Find the right starting point for your brand.
What is MPM, and how do I get started?
My Product Model is a creative production partner for brands, with services including product photography, video, UGC, models, and broader campaign support.
Start with Services or tell us about your project. We’ll help define your deliverables, creative direction, and production needs. Once your booking is confirmed, coordinate product shipping and share your shot list and inspiration.
How did My Product Model begin?
My Product Model was founded by Daisi Pollard Sepulveda after working as an e-commerce model and learning how how hard and expensive it is for new brands to create professional photo & video. Daisi quickly noticed that there was a market gap in original high-quality e-commerce content. She began searching for a way to productize modeling and photography services for digital brands.
Can MPM work with brands outside the U.S.?
Yes. We work with brands outside the U.S. Contact our team to confirm your project and shipping arrangements before sending your products.
How does pricing work?
Our photography and video packages use flat rates for a defined set of content. Optional “Finishing Touches,” such as models and styling, are quoted as add-ons. Share your brief with our team to confirm the right scope and price before booking.
How do I contact MPM?
Email info@myproductmodel.com or use our Contact page. We aim to respond to emails within 24 hours. For questions about an existing project, include your order or project reference.
02 / Your questions
Booking & timing
From the first brief to the studio calendar.
What happens after I book my shoot?
Share your approved shot list, moodboard, product details, and content goals with our team. Confirm shipping arrangements before sending products. Full payment is required before production begins.
Your package or invoice, approved creative direction, and written communication define the scope. Read How It Works for the process and the Terms of Service for project terms.
Can I choose the date and time of my shoot?
Our Production Schedulers organizes the days/times that work best for our studio. This ensures that we're able to deliver the best experience and results for your shoot. You will receive an email with the date and time for your shoot. If there is a schedule conflict, please let us know asap and we will do our best to get you rescheduled for a time that works better.
What's included in my package?
Deliverables are limited to the number of final edited images included in your purchased package or invoice and the specific concepts listed in your approved shot list.
Bundle shots, product groupings, specific compositions, alternate variations, and additional angles are not included or guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Confirm the deliverables for your particular service in your written scope. See section 4 of our Terms of Service.
When will my shoot be scheduled after my products arrive?
We’ll confirm your estimated schedule after reviewing your project and product arrival. All timelines are estimates and may vary with project complexity, studio availability, product arrival, and your responsiveness. A particular shoot or delivery date is not guaranteed.
What is the turnaround time?
All timelines are estimates. Timing can vary with project complexity, the studio schedule, product arrival, and client responsiveness. We’ll provide an estimated timeline for your project; exact delivery dates are not guaranteed. See section 5 of our Terms of Service.
Can I rush my order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer "Rush Orders" at this time.
03 / Your questions

Getting your products to the shoot—and planning their return.
How will I know my products have arrived?
When you ship us your product, simply send us the tracking number and we'll follow your your packages journey to our studio! We'll let you know when when it's in our hands!
Who pays for shipping?

Products that are consumed, emptied, materially altered, or damaged during production may not be returnable. If no prepaid return label is provided within 14 days after final delivery, we may retain, donate, recycle, or dispose of the product after providing notice, where permitted by law. Return shipping is not included unless agreed in writing.
04 / Your questions
Models & styling
The people, props, and finishing touches behind your content.
Does MPM provide models?
Yes! MPM offers full body models, hand models, and pet models.
Can I use my own model?
Yes! You are more than welcome to coordinate your own model for your shoot. Please keep in mind that your model must come to our shoot location at the shoot time we've indicated with our Production Scheduler. So, you'll need to coordinate with your model. Please let us know in the details of your booking that you will be suppling your own model.
When do I need photo styling?
Your My Product Model shoot includes (1) photographer. A Photo Stylist provides an extra pair of hands to assist with things like: - Multiple items in a single shot - Food or Ingredients - Clothing that needs to be steamed, styled, folded, pinned, etc. - Swatches or Cosmetic Textures - You want to recreate the style of a shot you saw somewhere else Once you book your shoot and we review your shot list and/or content goals. We'll determine if any shoots require the Photo Styling Add-On service to be executed successfully.
Does styling include props?
Photo Stylists have access to our studio props! If you have a specific prop you'd like us to use, it can be shipped to our studio. Book our grocery shopping services for any fresh ingredients you may need.
Who handles grocery shopping for a shoot?
We want to provide a stress free content experience for you! We’ll send a form for you to fill out and make a shopping list for us. Need some inspo? Check out our previous work to see what’s possible at My Product Model! **Fresh ingredients are sourced at local grocery stores near our studio. Seasons can affect which fruits, vegetables, plants, or flowers are available.
What if I'm not happy with my model?
Creative preference alone—including dissatisfaction with styling, aesthetic direction, or branding alignment—is not a basis for a refund. If a contracted deliverable is missing or materially deviates from the approved shot list, contact us in writing so we can review it under the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
If you would prefer different talent for a future shoot, discuss that with our team before booking.
05 / Your questions
Content & usage
Final files, additional assets, and how to use your content.
What editing is included?
Every order (photo + video) includes standard editing to make your content ready to post. That includes beautify (brightening, color correcting, and cropping).
Do you provide raw files?
No. Standard delivery is limited to the final edited deliverables in your approved scope. My Product Model retains ownership of content and raw files. Purchasing a service does not transfer ownership of those files. See section 11 of our Terms of Service.
What if I want additional images?
Additional images or concepts can be quoted separately.
Can I purchase more assets than my order includes?
Yes! Each additional photo is $49 and video clip $149.
Where can I use my images?
After full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use final images for marketing and promotional purposes. My Product Model retains ownership of the content and raw files and may use images for its own portfolio and promotional purposes.
This is a license, not a transfer of ownership or unrestricted rights. For uses outside your confirmed scope, or questions about video, UGC, talent, channels, or duration, ask our team to confirm the applicable rights in writing before use. See section 11 of our Terms of Service.
Where can I review the usage policy?
Review section 11 of our Terms of Service and your written project agreement for the applicable content license. The FAQ does not grant additional usage rights.
Our Usage showcase illustrates where creative can appear; it is not a licensing policy and does not expand your rights.
06 / Your questions
Changes & support
Feedback, order changes, promotions, and existing policies.
How do I help the results match my vision?
Share your moodboard, shot list, brand guidelines, and must-have details before production. We create content based on your approved moodboard and shot list. References guide the creative direction; final images will align reasonably—not exactly—with those references.
What if I don’t like the images?
We create content based on your approved moodboard and shot list. Creative work is subjective. Final images will align reasonably—not exactly—with references.
Do you offer reshoots?
Reshoots are not guaranteed. If a deliverable materially deviates from the approved shot list—as distinct from subjective preference—My Product Model may, at its discretion, make reasonable edits, offer a limited reshoot, or provide a partial credit or refund.
Any remedy offered under section 6 is the sole and exclusive remedy for that material deviation. See our Terms of Service.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
Review your delivered assets within five business days after delivery. If a contracted deliverable is missing, send written notice identifying it to info@myproductmodel.com within that period.
If no written notice of a missing contracted deliverable is received within five business days, the project is deemed accepted in full, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be waived. For other concerns, contact us promptly and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate and attempt a good-faith resolution. See sections 9 and 12 of our Terms of Service.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Email info@myproductmodel.com promptly to request a change or cancellation. A request does not by itself confirm a change to your scope, schedule, or payment terms.
All sales are final once production begins, subject to the limited remedies described in our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. Contact our team to review your specific circumstances; this FAQ does not promise a cancellation, reschedule, credit, or refund.
How do I apply a promo code?
If an offer includes a checkout code, enter it before completing checkout and follow that offer’s eligibility, expiration, and combination rules. Not every promotion uses a code or applies automatically.
The military discount is contact-first: eligibility and applicable package details must be confirmed with our team and reflected in your quote before booking. It does not automatically apply at checkout.
See Discounts & Promotions for current opportunities. Contact us before booking if you need to confirm an offer; do not assume discounts can be combined or applied to an existing order.
What are the rescheduling, cancellation, and refund terms?
Contact info@myproductmodel.com to request a schedule change or cancellation and confirm any agreed change in writing.
All sales are final once production has begun. Refunds are not offered for personal taste, branding preferences, styling, lighting, composition, or general dissatisfaction with creative direction. If a specific contracted deliverable is not provided as outlined in the approved scope, a partial refund or credit may be issued, limited to that deliverable’s value.
See the Refund Policy and sections 6–9 of the Terms of Service for the applicable conditions and remedies.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final once production begins. We do not offer refunds for personal taste, branding preferences, styling, lighting, composition, or general dissatisfaction with creative direction.
If a specific contracted deliverable is not provided as outlined in the approved scope of work, a partial refund or credit may be issued. Any refund is limited to the value of that specific undelivered deliverable. Completed work that aligns reasonably with approved creative direction is not refundable.
For material deviations from an approved shot list, the discretionary remedies in section 6 of the Terms of Service also apply. Read the full Refund Policy.
Studio membership
Your membership.
Clear terms.
Studio monthly access, billing, and member pricing. See Pricing for current enrollment availability.
What does Studio membership cost and include?
Studio membership costs $69 USD per month, charged in advance, and renews monthly until canceled. There is no free trial. This membership checkout does not add sales tax; the recurring charge is $69 USD. This statement applies only to this membership checkout, not other purchases.
It provides access to member pricing and eligible benefits, not a monthly allocation of photos, clips, or production deliverables. Creative services and content are purchased separately under an approved project scope.
What are the Studio member rates?
Member shoots have no studio booking fee. Photos are $49 each and video clips are $149 each. Members receive 10% off eligible models, styling, and creative add-ons; packages and pass-through expenses are excluded. Asset prices are final member rates and cannot be combined with an additional discount or promotion.
Priority scheduling is subject to availability. Storage and deliverable details are scoped to the project; membership does not promise unlimited storage, guaranteed production capacity, or unlimited edits.
How do I cancel, and what happens if renewal fails?
Cancel through your membership billing portal before the next renewal to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period, and benefits remain available until that period ends. If renewal is not paid, benefits end when the paid period expires; payment retries do not extend benefits for free.
Are Studio membership fees refundable?
Routine cancellation or non-use does not create a refund, prorated refund, or monetary credit for a paid membership period. Billing errors, remedies for contracted non-delivery, and rights required by applicable law remain protected. Separately purchased production services remain subject to the existing Refund Policy and approved written scope.
What if my membership ends after I accept a quote?
Member pricing is locked for the agreed scope when you accept a quote while your Studio membership is active. Those prices remain unchanged if membership expires before the shoot. New quotes, additional services, and scope changes require an active membership to receive member pricing. Existing accepted project commitments remain in place.
Where are my membership policies and billing controls?
Review the Studio membership supplement in our Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Verified members can open their billing portal from their membership page to view invoices, update a payment method, or cancel future renewal.
Memberships and services use Stripe through Client Login. Merchandise, digital downloads, and physical Shop products continue to use Shopify checkout. Membership does not pay a project deposit or invoice, authorize production, or change existing licensing or agreements.
Studio Annual, Atelier & Growth
More ways to create.
Clear membership rules.
See Pricing for current enrollment availability.
Which membership billing options are available?
Studio is $69 USD/month or $588 USD/year paid upfront. Atelier is $199 USD/month or $1,788 USD/year paid upfront. Growth Partner Lite is $750 USD/month; Growth Partner is $1,500 USD/month. Annual prices are equivalent to $49/month for Studio and $149/month for Atelier, but are not charged in monthly installments. See Pricing for current enrollment availability.
What do Studio and Atelier include?
Both waive the studio booking fee for member shoots. Studio has final $49 photo and $149 clip rates, plus 10% off eligible models, styling, and creative add-ons. Atelier has final $45 photo and $139 clip rates, plus 15% off those eligible add-ons and the creative planning support in its agreed scope. Photos and clips are purchased separately. Add-on discounts exclude packages and pass-through expenses. No promotional stacking or additional discount on the final asset rates.
What is included in Growth Partner?
Growth Lite includes 12 edited photos per billing-anniversary month. Growth Partner includes 25 edited photos and one edited 10–15 second product clip in one aspect ratio per billing-anniversary month. Both include studio access and the planning/account support in the agreed scope. Models, styling, extra content, and other production needs are quoted separately. Included-only allocated deliverables do not have a second project fee.
When do Growth allowances renew and expire?
Allowance months follow your billing anniversary and are granted only for verified paid periods. Unused content carries into only the immediately following allowance month, capped at 12 photos for Growth Lite or 25 photos and one clip for Growth Partner. It cannot carry forward twice. Active paid membership is required to approve new work using current or carried content.
When is Growth content deducted?
Oldest eligible allowance is used first and deducted once when your agreed deliverables are approved for production. If MPM causes a production delay, those already approved deliverables remain owed even after allowance expiration. Client cancellation or scope changes need a written adjustment; allowances are not automatically refunded or reissued. Allowances are not cash credits.
How do annual cancellation and failed renewals work?
All plans renew until canceled, with no trial. Cancel future renewal through Manage membership before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the paid-period end; annual cancellation stops the next annual renewal. If renewal is unpaid, benefits stop at paid-period expiry. Payment retries do not extend benefits. Existing member-priced scope accepted while active stays locked; new or additional scope needs active membership.
Can I pause, switch plans, or get a prorated membership refund?
Self-service plan switching and pauses are not offered at launch. Routine cancellation or non-use does not create a refund, prorated refund, or monetary credit for a paid membership period. Billing errors, remedies for contracted non-delivery, and legally required rights remain protected. See the Terms of Service and Refund Policy for the complete rules.
Do memberships change content usage rights or Shop checkout?
No. Content licensing follows the existing Terms of Service and your written project agreement. Memberships and services use Stripe billing; merchandise, digital downloads, and physical Shop products continue to use Shopify checkout. These membership checkouts do not add sales tax; that is not a blanket tax-exemption statement about other MPM purchases.
