Crush Holiday 2026: MPM at Small Business University

In the conversation / Holiday 2026

Better visuals. Clearer planning. A holiday campaign built with intention.

My Product Model Founder & CEO Daisi Pollard Sepulveda recently presented Crush Holiday 2026: 3X Sales with Visuals, UGC & Ads for Small Business University, brought to you by Small Business Expo. The free, 45-minute webinar focused on preparing for Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas 2026.

A note on the title: “3X” is an ambition, not a sales guarantee. Results depend on your product, audience, budget, offer, and execution.

Put your holiday planning into motion.

To help turn the season’s possibilities into a practical production plan, here are four MPM recommendations to use alongside the session.

01 / Build the asset list before production.

Start with the buying moments you need to support: launch announcement, gift guide, product detail, offer reminder, last-order date, and post-purchase reassurance. Map each moment to the formats you need—product photographs, short vertical clips, website crops, email headers, and paid-social variations. A focused shot list is easier to produce and reuse than a folder of disconnected images.

02 / Plan creator permissions early.

Before putting customer or creator content into a campaign, confirm the intended uses with the creator and your team. Keep approvals alongside the assets, and distinguish organic posts from paid advertising. That makes it easier to identify which content is ready to use and which needs further review.

03 / Give creative tests a clear question.

Choose one variable at a time where possible: opening visual, offer framing, placement, or landing page. Define the decision window and record what you learned—not only which ad attracted the most clicks. Keep promising concepts adaptable so they can be refreshed for each holiday peak.

04 / Work backward from fulfillment.

Build your calendar around inventory, fulfillment, and shipping cutoffs. Leave time to review product claims, pricing, accessibility, links, and final exports. Reserve room for revisions and a contingency post. A useful holiday plan is one your team can approve, publish, fulfill, and measure on time.
