Refund policy

Because My Product Model provides custom creative services, all sales are final once production has begun.

We do not offer refunds based on:

• Personal taste

• Branding preferences

• Styling, lighting, or composition

• General dissatisfaction with creative direction

If a specific contracted deliverable is not provided as outlined in the approved scope of work:

• A partial refund or credit may be issued

• Any refund will be limited strictly to the value of that specific undelivered deliverable

Refunds will not be issued for completed work that aligns reasonably with approved creative direction.
